1. What WhaleGraph is
WhaleGraph ("the Site") is an informational and analytics tool. It surfaces publicly available on-chain activity and market data from Polymarket — wallet performance, where tracked wallets concentrate conviction, and aggregate track records — and presents it with statistical scoring. The Site exists to make public information more legible. It is not a brokerage, exchange, investment manager, or trading venue.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell anything. The presence of a wallet, market, or "consensus" on the Site is descriptive analytics — it is never a suggestion that you take, copy, or avoid any position. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Consult a licensed professional before acting on any information.
3. Risk
Prediction markets are speculative instruments. Individual positions can and do go to zero — total loss of staked capital is a normal outcome in this asset class. Past performance of any wallet shown here does not predict future results; statistical edge is measured over a finite, sometimes young sample and can be noise. Polymarket has geographic restrictions and is not available to U.S. persons and others; access, eligibility, and KYC rules vary by jurisdiction and change over time. You are responsible for verifying that your use of Polymarket is lawful where you are.
4. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Data is derived from third-party sources (the Polymarket Gamma and Data APIs and the Polygon blockchain) and from our own computations; it may be delayed, incomplete, mislabeled, or wrong. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of anything on the Site, and we may change or discontinue it at any time without notice.
5. No affiliation with Polymarket
WhaleGraph is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket or any of its operators, and there is no business relationship between them. "Polymarket" and all other names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and reference only.
6. Public data
Wallet addresses, trades, and positions shown on the Site are public information recorded on the Polygon blockchain and exposed through public APIs. The Site does not attempt to identify the real-world person behind any address and does not publish personal data about traders.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhaleGraph and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage — including trading or investment losses, lost profits, or data loss — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content, whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such loss. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
8. Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update them from time to time; continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
